If a teacher you would like to meet with does not have any times available, please email him/her. It is important to know, however, that our staff is always willing to communicate with you via email. Teachers have limited time during these sch eduled conferences and therefore we respectfully request that you only sign-up to meet with those teachers you need to see. Please remember, conferences are to discuss your student's academic progress. When you log into Zoom for your conference, please make sure that you add your first and last name so the teacher knows who they are meeting with. You will be requested to enter the name of your student, the name(s) of the people attending the conference and your email address. Think about each content area and ways the child has grown (or strengths) in each area. To help prepare for what to say at parent teacher conferences, you might fill out a little sheet for each child, highlighting their growth in literacy, math, and social/emotional learning.
